Volunteering; a bridge to a stronger community, and helping your local needy. As they say, charity begins at home. Organizing this kind of event can be pretty difficult by itself, and arranging specific activities can easily eat up free time better used to actually work. Obviously, when volunteering becomes a team effort with friends or co-workers, it will be far more fun.
