IT and Telecom Industries Get Better Offices from Apollo House
A £2 million investment into building Apollo House, which is situated next to Monkgate roundabout in Heqorth Green, has resulted in additional space to set up six offices, and now there is nearly fourteen thousand sq ft of desk space available for
The first and second floor of the complex have undergone an office refurbishment, of which the former is vacant presently, and is expected to be leased out from the next month. The building currently has four storeys. Of these, three have totally furnished office spaces, which have between two to seventy desks.
The new employment generated by the office space will be in the field of tech support and will centre around giving leaseholders switchboards, reception and technical assistance. Prospect Business Centres, the manager of Apollo House, is attempting to draw less known establishments who are interested in smaller leases without having to compromise on office space.
Andrew Walls, finance director of Monument Investors, which runs Prospect Business Centres, was of the opinion that Apollo House is a prime investment in their plans to expand their business in York. He also stated that Apollo House would give leaseholders most advanced systems in telecom and information technology as well as furnishings that are of best quality.
