One Priory Square Offers 44,000 sq. ft. of Office Space

The opening of office complex at One Priory Square took place with much fanfare. The local business leaders also seem pleased with the new landmark and were hopeful that it would attract new businesses to set up their offices, thus boosting the local revenue. One Priory Square is located at the corner of the Priory Street and Havelock Road in Hastings.

Ham Marley who heads the Ten Sixty Six Enterprise said that the new complex might face initial difficulty in finding renters as the recession has slowed the office space market down considerably. However he said that he believed that it would eventually be sold out as it was priced reasonably, with planning having taken consideration of large open plane office spaces with the provision of rental of desk space, and was also located in such a way that it was filling up the empty area of East Sussex (click for info on desk space Brighton). Director of AM Commercial Ltd, Alan Canon, echoing the views of Ham Marley said that he expected the spaces at One Priory Square to be filled up as soon as the economy recovers as it was a very popular location in Hastings.

One Priory Square is a six floor property with 44,000 sq ft of office space available on these floors. A joint venture project between The Land Group and Sea Space, the office complex was developed by Coastal Land LLP.

The opening of the One Priory Square was attended by 200 visitors and they enjoyed three concerts as well the beautiful view of the Hastings from the sixth floor balcony of the building.
